The edges of doors are highly susceptible to damage. Door edge protectors are available in two styles, a "U" shape and an "L" shape. Specify Acrovyn® sheet in .040" (1.02mm) or .060" (1.52mm) thickness or 16 gauge stainless steel. All are easily installed over any 1-3/4" (44.5mm) door with clearance with adhesive or factory-applied self-adhesive tape.
