All Commwall bench mount light weight thermo Formers (aka Benders) run on standard 120 volts and have a maximum operating temperature of 800°f.
Our Commwall bench mount light weight thermo formers have been exclusively designed to give constant professional bends while working with all types of Thermoplastic materials, Acrylic, PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, and more. These heaters are ideal for straight line bends or folds and capable of heating material up to 1/2" thick.
- Maximum operating temperature of 800ºF
- Powder coated steel tray and PTFE working surface
- Multiple metal tabs that could be used for securing the bender directly to a bench.
Please note this bender does not have any points that hold the element in securely and it is recommended not to turn this particular bender upside down. Especially when hot. This unit is robust enough to meet the needs of installation contractors and be effectively moved from job site to job site, however it must be treated with a little more care than the more heavy duty contractor grade thermo formers.
